Sun Energy Canada is the trading name used for this commercial enquiry service for Canadian property owners. Its operator correspondence address is 86-88 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5RJ, United Kingdom. Privacy questions and written requests may be sent to that correspondence address.

Information we collect

When you submit the solar enquiry form, we collect the full name, Canadian postal code, email address, phone number, property status and contact-time preference you enter, together with the submission time and enquiry permission.

Why we use it

We use the form information only to respond to the specific solar enquiry you requested. The form does not request permission for unrelated marketing or commercial electronic messages.

Storage, sharing and retention

Submissions are encrypted in private server storage, available only to an authenticated administrator and automatically deleted after 30 days. The current form does not automatically sell, transfer or send your details to an installer, finance provider or other third party. If that process changes, we will update this notice and obtain an appropriate, clearly identified permission where required.

Your choices and access rights

You may ask for access to or correction of your information, withdraw consent for further enquiry handling, or request deletion where applicable. Write to the correspondence address above and include the email address used in the form so the record can be identified. Depending on your location, you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy regulator.
